ONE NIGHT WITH A GODDESS

Romantic Times
Chloe,
the Muse of Happiness, has been cast to earth because of a lousy
one hundred year performance review from her father, the mighty
and all powerful Zeus. She has one year to make a positive influence
and inspire mortals to believe in happiness, or bad things will
happen--mainly a new career shoveling horse manure and chicken
dung in the stables and coops of Mount Olympus.
Matthew Castleberry returns from
a two year stint in the Congo, working for Doctors Without Borders.
He’s exhausted and wounded and plans to consider his future
while he helps his eighty-three year old grandmother run the
family’s profitable business, Castleberry Hall.
When
he meets Chloe Degodessa his first night home, he suspects her
of trying to embezzle money or finagle her way from being his
grandmother’s assistant to owner of the Hall. Chloe has
worked her fingers to the bone to make the Hall a success and
ensure her an eternal spot as a goddess on Mount Olympus. The
last thing she needs is Matt interfering in her quest for success.
Chloe
doesn’t mind a little action between the sheets to help
pass the final weeks before her return to Olympus, and though
Matt has no intention of falling in love, he doesn’t mind
sharing Chloe’s desire. But after One Night With a Goddess,
what’s a man to do?
